The Lady Musgrave Trust.

Fear, shame, financial dependence, and a lack of support mean that the countless stories of homelessness go untold. For victims of domestic violence and homelessness, telling their stories is a powerful way of reclaiming their narrative; turning pain into strength.

For 140 years of LMT, we wanted to create an impactful piece of work, reminding Queensland of the stories throughout this time. Working alongside an author with lived experience of homelessness, we set out to edit and collate the personal stories of homelessness and domestic violence. Each chapter a tale of their own or from the lives of someone close to them.
